The Brooklyn Rail is a U.S.-based magazine publishing "critical perspectives on arts, politics and culture". Recently it opened a new Web-exclusive section called In Translation which aims to expose its readers "to writers and writing they might not otherwise see, and translators, by making samples of their work accessible to those who may wish to publish it."

I think that in the USA, American PEN is one of the more active organisations promoting translations, as you can see from the InTranslation links.
In their archive for 2007-2008, there is, predictably, quite a lot of French-language and Spanish-language material reviewed or excerpted, but also things from Swedish and Romanian. Plus a Serbian play entitled, intriguingly: "Huddersfield".
